1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using BizScore ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. BizScore is operated by VidurNexus.
2. Who Can Use BizScore
BizScore is intended for registered businesses in India — including wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and shop owners. You must provide accurate business information during registration. We reserve the right to verify and approve accounts before granting full access.
3. Data Accuracy & Responsibility
Wholesalers who submit invoice and payment data are solely responsible for the accuracy of that data. Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading invoice data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action. BizScore is a data aggregation platform — we do not independently verify individual invoice amounts or dates.
4. Credit Scores
BizScore credit scores are generated algorithmically based on invoice payment history submitted by verified wholesalers. Scores are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any credit decision. BizScore does not guarantee the accuracy of scores and is not liable for business decisions made based on scores.
5. Dispute Resolution
Shops and wholesalers may raise disputes about incorrect data through the Platform. BizScore will review disputes within 48 hours and take appropriate action. Final decisions on disputes rest with BizScore admin.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not: submit false invoice data; attempt to manipulate credit scores; create multiple accounts; use the Platform to harass or harm other users; reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm; access other users' private data; use automated scripts to scrape data without permission.
7. API Usage
API access is granted to verified wholesalers only. API tokens must be kept confidential. Misuse of the API — including excessive requests, data scraping, or unauthorized access attempts — will result in token revocation and account suspension.
8. Privacy
We collect and process personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using BizScore, you consent to this processing. Shop credit scores may be shared with other registered users of the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
BizScore and VidurNexus shall not be liable for any business losses, credit decisions, or damages arising from the use of or reliance on the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be notified via the Platform.
