We collect: Business name, owner name, mobile number, email address, GST number, city and state (during registration). Invoice data including amounts, dates, and payment status (submitted by wholesalers). Usage data including login times and actions taken on the Platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
To calculate and display credit scores. To enable wholesalers to track payment history. To send notifications about overdue payments (via WhatsApp, initiated by wholesalers). To verify account authenticity. To improve the Platform.
3. Data Sharing
Credit scores and payment behaviour summaries (without exact amounts) are visible to registered verified wholesalers. Exact invoice amounts are never shared publicly. Wholesaler names are not shown on public score pages. Shop owners can see which wholesalers have rated them, but other users cannot.
4. Public Score Pages
When a shop shares their public score link, their score, payment behaviour counts, and basic business information (name, city, business type) are visible to anyone with the link. Exact invoice amounts and wholesaler identities are never shown on public pages.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage users to use strong passwords and keep their login credentials confidential.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Invoice data submitted by wholesalers about your business may be retained for record-keeping purposes even after account deletion.
7. Your Rights

8. Cookies
